Children & Youth Training Coming Feb 22.

Sanctuary Community of Christ is pleased to announce an upcoming Children & Youth Training event (on Feb 22., 3 p.m. - 5 p.m.) designed to equip volunteers, leaders, and anyone involved in ministry with children and youth. This training supports safe, faith-affirming experiences for young people and helps ensure that all who serve are prepared and confident in their roles.

The session will cover essential topics related to working with children and youth in church settings — including creating welcoming environments, understanding best practices in ministry, and ensuring the care and protection of all participants. Training like this reflects our commitment to providing safe spaces where young people can grow in faith, build relationships and explore their relationship with Christ.

Whether you’re already involved in Sunday School, youth groups, camps, children’s programs or thinking about serving in the future, this training is a great opportunity to grow your skills and understanding. Participants will also be guided through any necessary steps to meet child-and-youth ministry requirements, including any forms or follow-up needed to become registered as a children and youth worker.

To register and secure your place in the training, please complete the online form at the link provided:
