Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients:
1 small package of mini marshmallows'
1 can of evaporated milk
3 sticks of butter
6 cups of sugar
1 18 oz. jar of peanut butter
Instructions:
1. Butter a large cookie sheet. Place marshmallows in a large bowl and scoop peanut butter on top. You want these ingredients to be easy to transfer.
2. Place sugar in a seperate bowl.
3. Put butter and evaporated milk in a large stockpot. Heat until butter is starting to melt. Then stir in sugar.
4. Boil the mixture for 13 minutes or until it reaches the soft ball stage.
5. Remove from heat and quickly stir in marshmallows and peanut butter until combined and creamy.
6. Transfer to the cookie sheet and refrigerate. Note: You may want to cut the fudge as soon as it begins to harden to make this process easier.
